Terms of service

Effective November 2, 2026

These Terms govern your use of MightyBaseCRM, MightyBase Calendar, and their related websites and applications (the "Services"), operated by AI Leads Wizard LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you act for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept them on its behalf.

Access and accounts

The Services provide business contact management, conversations, scheduling, and integrations. Application access is by invitation and subject to the permissions assigned to your account. You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account. Keep your credentials and sign-in links secure, provide accurate account information, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

Your records and responsibilities

You retain your rights to the information you submit. You grant us permission to host, process, transmit, and display it only as needed to provide the Services and follow your authorized instructions. You are responsible for its accuracy, your authority to use it, and the permissions and notices required for contacts, messages, recordings, calendars, and connected systems.

You must comply with applicable privacy, electronic communications, and anti-spam laws. Do not use the Services for unsolicited or unlawful messages, harassment, fraud, infringement, malware, unauthorized access, or activity that disrupts the Services. Do not attempt to access another user's or workspace's data without permission.

Calendars and integrations

Google Calendar and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. You authorize the actions needed for integrations you enable, including calendar access and booking event changes. Webhooks can transmit data to destinations you configure; you are responsible for those destinations and any downstream automation.

Calendar availability, synchronization, reminders, and message delivery depend on external systems and may be delayed or fail. Verify important appointments and communications. The Services are not intended for emergency communications.

Fees

The current invite-only offering does not charge a recurring CRM subscription fee. Hosting, domains, email, SMS, and other connected services may have separate charges payable to their providers. We do not promise that all services or future features will remain free. Any new fees charged by us will be disclosed before they apply and will not be imposed retroactively.

Availability and changes

We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue features or access, including for maintenance, security, misuse, or operational reasons. Where practical, we will provide notice of material changes or discontinuation. You should maintain copies of important business records and request an export before closing an account where needed.

Intellectual property

Except for your content and third-party materials, the Services' branding and original materials belong to AI Leads Wizard LLC or its licensors. Your access grants a limited right to use the Services, not ownership. Open-source components remain governed by their applicable licenses; these Terms do not restrict rights granted by those licenses. Source information for the calendar application is available through its source-code link or About page.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AI Leads Wizard LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, lost opportunities, or loss of data arising from use of the Services. Our total liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid directly to us for the Services during the preceding 12 months. These limitations do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Termination

You may stop using the Services and request account closure. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security risks, or discontinuation. Data retention and deletion are described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. No provision limits non-waivable rights under applicable law.
